To Complete Registration Steps:

Open the Confirmation Receipt: Virtual Recertification Course email on your Computer/Laptop

Click on Step 1: Download Newest Version Of Zoom Program

A Zoom Download Center page opens >
Under Zoom Workplace for Windows> tap the blue Download (64-bit)

Zoom Workplace will start to download and once it is done, a pop up will appear in the top right corner of your screen > click on the download

A Zoom Workplace Installer pop up will appear in the middle of your screen initializing the download of the program

Once the app initializes the Zoom Workplace app will open

You do not need the Zoom Workplace app open after it is downloaded.

Close this app by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Go back to your Confirmation Receipt email >
Click Step 2: Confirm Meeting Registration At Zoom

Enter your First Name, Last Name & Email Address > click the blue Register button

Once you successfully registered, you will receive this success message

Go back to your confirmation receipt email >
Click Step 3: Click Here To Test Your Device Camera & Audio

A Join Meeting Test screen opens>tap the blue Join button(this is only a test feature)

A pop up will appear at the top of your screen that says, Open Zoom Meeting? >

Click the light blue Open Zoom Meetings button

Zoom Workplace will open and a Join audio pop up will appear>
click the blue Join with computer audio

A pop up will appear on your screen that says, “Do you see yourself?” >
Make sure you can see yourself > click the blue Yes button

A pop up will appear on your screen that says, “Do you hear a ringtone?” >
Make sure you hear the sound> click the blue Yes button

A pop up will appear on your screen that says, “Speak and pause, do you hear a replay?” >
Make sure you hear yourself> click the blue Yes button

A pop up will appear on your screen that says, “Your device is working properly!” >
You will want to make sure there are green check marks next to each item> click the blue End test

If you cannot see yourself or hear the sound, you must fix this or start over on another device

You do not need the Zoom Workplace app after you tested the camera and audio.

Close this app by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Go back to your confirmation receipt email >
Click Step 4: Click Here To Confirm Your Identity With Valid Driver's License

The login page on Recertify My Dealership will open

Login with the credentials that you created when you registered for the class. The credentials are also found in your confirmation receipt email underneath: RMD Exam Login Credentials

Once logged in, Confirm Your Identity by capturing a clear image of your Divers License

A pop up will appear in the top left corner of your screen asking permission to access your camera > click the light blue Allow while using this site button

Click the middle of the screen to capture the image >click CONFIRM to save the image

To Join Meeting The Day of The Class

Zoom sent you an email when you completed Step 2 > go back into your email> locate and open the email from Zoom. At the bottom of that email, clickthe blue Join Meeting button

A pop up will appear at the top of your screen that says, Open Zoom Meeting? >
Click the light blue Open Zoom Meetings button

Once Zoom opens, you will be able to see yourself. At the bottom of the screen, you will see a microphone and camera icon > Make sure there are no red lines through these icons

* If you see a red line through these icons, tap the icon to access them

Click the blue Join button> you will be joining the meeting and should hear the instructor
