To Complete Registration Steps:

Open the Confirmation Receipt: Virtual Recertification Course email on your Apple Device

Click on Step 1:Download Newest Version Of Zoom Program

Zoom link in Apple App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/zoom-workplace/id546505307

A pop up will appear in the middle of the screen that says, Open in “App Store”? >tap Open

Once Apple App Store opensto the Zoom Workplace App > Download the appby tapping the “Get” button

If you currently have the Zoom Workplace app on your device, it will display Open> Tap Open

If you currently have the Zoom Workplace appon your device, but it needs to be updated to the most current version, it will displayUpdate > tap Update

If you have downloaded the Zoom Workplace app before but no longer have the app on your device, it will display a cloud with a down arrow > tap the cloud with the down arrow

You do not need the Zoom Workplace app open after it is downloaded.

Close this app by swiping it up from the bottom of the screen.

Go back to your Confirmation Receipt email >
Click Step 2: Confirm Meeting Registration At Zoom

Enter your First Name, Last Name & Email Address >tap the blue Register button

Once you successfully registered, you will receive this success message

Goback to your confirmation receipt email >
Click Step 3: Click Here To Test Your Device Camera & Audio

Zoom Test link: https://zoom.us/test

A Join Metting Test screen opens>tap the blue Join button (this is only a test feature)

Ready to get started? screen opens>tapthe GREY Join meeting button

A pop up will appear in the middle of the screen that says, Open in “Zoom”? > Tap Open

The Zoom Workplace app with open with a pop up for Device Test Results > You will want to make sure there are green check marks next to each item and that you can see yourself and hear the sound that is playing >tap done

If you cannot see yourself or hear the sound, you must fix this or start over on another device

You do not need the Zoom Workplace app open after you tested the camera and audio.

Close this app by swiping it up from the bottom of the screen.

Go back to your confirmation receipt email >
Click Step 4: Click Here To Confirm Your Identity With Valid Driver's License

The login page on Recertify My Dealership will open

Login with the credentials that you created when you registered for the class. The credentials are also found in your confirmation receipt email underneath: RMD Exam Login Credentials

Once logged in, Confirm Your Identity by capturing a clear imageof your Divers License

Tap the middle of the screen to capture the image >tapCONFIRM to save the image

To Join Meeting The Day of The Class

Zoom sent you an email when you completed Step 2 > go back into your email>locate and open the email from Zoom. At the bottom of that email, tap the blue Join Meeting button

A pop up will appear in the middle of the screen that says, Open this page in “zoom”? >
Tap Open

Once Zoom Workplace opens, you will be able to see yourself. At the bottom of the screen, you will see a microphone and camera icon>Make sure there are no red lines through these icons

* If you see a red line through these icons, tap the icon to access them

Tap the blue Join button> you will be joining the meeting and should hear the instructor
